Peppermint Essential Oil

This is simply the best essential oil that I have used in a while. I am too broke to buy doterra so I usually use store brands but the simply earth brand is amazing. The oil is light and not too heavy so it doesn't leave an oily feel on your skin. It is non-toxic so its perfect because I have kids and they get into all of my stuff, at least with this they won't get hurt as bad. I like to use peppermint oil in the humidifier to help us all breath easier while we sleep, when I'm really stuffed up I rub it on my chest directly to open up the lung cavity. I am also really into making my own products like lip balm and toothpaste and the peppermint oil really makes them pop.
