When I first saw this option to try out Chocolate a Day I thought that it was just a healthier version of chocolate, but when it arrived in my mailbox I was surprised to find out that it is a multivitamin. The best part about this company for me is that they are local to me. I live in Utah and they are from American Fork, Utah. I am always looking for local products that my family will enjoy.

Exactly how Healthy is this chocolate multivitamin?
Chocolate a Day contains 14 vitamins and minerals in each individual square. 10 of them are a 100% of their daily value.
Now you ask about how can chocolate be good for you?
Well let me tell you that this is Belgian Dark Chocolate that is gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, non-GMO, and has no filters, waxes, substitute oils, or preservatives. It has 55% cacao and less than 1 net carb per square.
Alright enough with the facts for now.
Let me tell you What I Think About This
For me personally I am not a dark chocolate kind of person and I would rather swallow a pill but for my children I want them to have a sugar free vitamin that can still taste like candy to them. When my son saw that there was a box of chocolates in the mail he had a hay day. He wanted to eat as many as possible but I explained to him that this is a chocolate vitamin and he could only have one per day.
He has been eating them one a day for about a week now and he loves them so much. He wakes up and is ready for one and since it is healthy I am more willing to let him have a chocolate square first thing. I love that he loves dark chocolate, since it is so much better for you than other chocolates. I love knowing that this is a healthy chocolate square that he actually can have each day.
I noticed that with this my son has gone to the bathroom more often than once every other day, and they are looser. I know that is TMI but hey everyone does it. What I like the most about these is that my son has a milk protein allergy and with these he can have chocolate all the time and not have the discomfort that other dairy products give him.
I want my children to be happy and healthy and this way I know that they are getting what they need to stay healthy. I strive to find them things that will make their life better. For me having this company local is awesome and I know that it is
