Now I am not much of a tea drinker so drinking this straight as a tea is not my game. What I like to do is mix this into my smoothies in the morning, I can hardly taste the Matcha in the smoothie. This tea is very healthy for you because you are actually consuming the entire tea leaf instead of throwing the leaves away like you would with a tea bag. Usually the way to consume this is to get hot water and whisk in the matcha until the water is a green color and has a green foam on top. This is the best way to consume the Matcha but honestly it isn't my favorite way, I like to cook with it and incorporate it into my daily rituals that way.

My favorite recipe that I have found on Matchasource.com is:
Matcha butter

All you need is a stick of butter soft
2t Matcha tea powder
OPTIONAL some local honey

That's it simple, right?

What I love about consuming Matcha Green tea is the health benefits:

- increased energy to do what needs to be done as a SAHM
- stress reducers
- helps with weight management
- helps with inflammation
- and it cleans the body of toxins

This product is vegan and all natural. It is 100% ceremonial grade, which means that it is the highest quality of Matcha that there is and you should really be savoring the flavor and consuming this in some sort of way to get all the benefits it has to offer.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion and unbiased review.
