After having my daughter I have been feeling really low and this product has made me feel normal again.
When this first arrived I was TERRIFIED the look, the smell, the thought of having to ingest all made me not want to try it, but I refuse to be put on man made pharmaceutical drugs to make me a fake happy. I am so glad that I decided to get over being a kitty cat and try it because ever since I started taking purblack resin I have seen my mood change for the better, I am happier with my children, actually able to play with them and not get irritated. I sleep better and just over all a happier mom and better wife. I get more done throughout each day.
The taste of this product is horrible tastes like tar off the ground! Smells like fresh made tar to fill pot holes in the road. But once you get over that aspect of it all the health benefits are amazing and make doing things tolerable again. There are two ways you can take this, first is to mix a pea size ball into a glass of water then chug like you haven't had water in months or you can do what I chose to do and swallow the pea size ball like a pill to have minimum taste of the little superfood. Then just chase it with some water and viola all healthy!
